The Sacred Sound Ceremony is an opportunity for my community (Bay Area) to gather and attune to the ancient rites of drinking cacao, activating breath, prayer, sound bathing and meditation.

Snoring can actually happen in ceremony and I amusingly tell people that this is the highest compliment you can pay me, as they are allowing me to enter their unconscious.

I play many instruments including the didge, flute, harmonium and whirly tube, all live looped and blended to make a seamless kaleidoscopic journey of sound.

The transformative effects that people kept telling me were happening, inspired me to make a professional studio recording of these instruments. I hope the album offers you a reminder of how Nature heals both heart and mind.

I have no doubt that when you sit or lie down with closed eyes and listen with decent headphones you will enter a deep relaxing state. My prayer for the listener, however, is that it may open the door to meditation (thoughtless awareness).

It's my first album and I truly put my heart, soul and breath into what you are about to hear. Blessings on your journey,
